Intensive training in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). This is a model of individual therapy that promotes change and healing by focusing on the experience of emotions within the safety of a supportive, emotionally engaged therapeutic relationship. It strengthens one's resiliency and natural capacity for healing and positive change.
Intensive training in EFT (Emotionally Focussed Therapy for Couples). This model helps to identify negative interactional patterns as well as the emotional experiences that fuel those interactions.
Certified EMDR (Eye Movement Reprocessing Desensitization) therapist. I integrate EMDR into my work as a highly effective method for addressing unresolved trauma and anxiety.
